Submission Guidelines

We are pleased to invite contributions of abstracts of your preliminary results or recently published works for poster presentations at 2025 IROS-NIIF workshop

Abstracts should be no longer than 500 words, and submitted in the form of a 1-page PDF using either latex or word. Abstracts will be posted on the workshop website after selection. The selected contributions will be presented as posters during the final portion of the workshop. The best poster submissions will be selected for short 3-minute lightning talks.

Note: The contributions to this workshop will not be published in the conference proceeding. However, we will upload the accepted abstracts and maintain them on the workshop home page.

We particularly encourage young researchers from either biology or robotics backgrounds to attend and interact.
