The influence of smart innovation is already visible on society's social and economic system. Research and practices in various engineering fields, such as electrical and computer, chemical, mechanical, civil and architectural engineering, have begun to integrate. This enables unprecedented applications in a variety of fields, such as industrial automation, green computing, high-performance computing, sustainable cities and society, big data, artificial intelligence, robotics, internet of things, smart transportation systems, civil applications, health driven technology, AI machine learning, renewable energy, multidimensional printing, waste water treatment technologies. education and governance.

 The College of Engineering at Dhofar University is organizing a two day SISETECH conference in the fourth quarter of 2023. The goal of this conference is to provide an international forum for academics, research organizations and industry to share their knowledge, expertise and experience and discuss the latest developments in engineering design and analysis. This event will provide a unique forum for discussion of local and global problems and issues. The conference will include technical sessions, tutorials and poster competitions.

The focus of the SISETECH 2023 conference is engineering design patterns that have unique identifiers and the potential to digitize manufacturing, healthcare, construction and other industries to achieve the goal of sustainability according to the Oman’s Vision 2040. SISETECH 2023's inspiration is to provide a full analysis of the various aspects of engineering design. Invited talks will be conducted on cutting-edge advancement in science and engineering.

Mission of the Conference

To provide a leading forum for enthusiastic researchers/professionals from academia and industry to discuss and share their respective knowledge and experience so that new ideas can be established to address potential challenges in the development of the smart community.

Objectives of the Conference

• To share new findings and results in the advance science and engineering.
• To engage people from different domain and expertise in the collaborative research.
• To equip attendees with the knowledge of latest innovations in their respective domain.
