The 9th IACS WS'24 is part of a series of workshops accompanying standardization work on Industrial Automation and Control Systems according to IEC 62443 IACS industrial multipart standards. The workshop is part of the GI Informatik Festival 2024 at the University A.S. Rhein-Main Wiesbaden comprising the Motto „Lock-in or log out? - How we can achieve digital souvereignity".
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
- Abstracts shall describe the authors intention to submit a paper. Abstracts shall comprise a tentative title, the list of potential authors, and a short description of the IACS-related issues the authors want to address. Abstracts do not commit authors to submit a paper.
- Scientific (Full) papers describing - from a scientific point of view - issues and challenges of deploying secure and safe industrial automation and control systems
- Work in Progress (Half) papers describing - from a practical point of view - new work items in standardization in the realm of Industrial Automation and Control Systems afforded by SME or industrial organizations
- Supporting Poster Sessions on current IACS work in I4.0 applications, standardization and research.
