2025 the 3rd Asian Aerospace and Astronautics Conference (AAAC) will take place in Nanjing, China from September 26-28, 2025, where participants will gain detailed insights into the state of the art of aerospace and astronautics, and enjoy the exchange with other enthusiasts from all over the world who are interested in this highly relevant and constantly growing area.
The conference is sponsored by Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA), hosted by College of Civil Aviation, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, supported by Nanjing University of Science and Technology Department of Aeronautical and Aviation Engineering (AAE) of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), York University, Bauman Moscow State Technical University(BMSTU) , and etc.
The regular program made up of hundreds of submitted papers, we are going to highlight and discuss topics on aerospace and astronautics in a number of formats like keynote presentations, invited lectures, panel discussions and posters. On behalf of the organizing committee, we warmly invite you to take part in the conference. With your participation and contribution, together, we shall advance the state-of-the-art in the field of aerospace and astronautics and their applications.
Submission Guidelines
Contributed Papers
The page limit for each submission is flexible. However, the paper material (including text, figures, tables, reference, acknowledgement, etc.) must fit at least 4 full pages to 10 pages, while author information is excluded and will not be published. Papers exceeding the 10 page limit at the time of submission will be returned without review. Template is available below.
Abstracts-Presentation Only
Make presentation without publication, please submit an abstract only. The abstracts are 350 words or less.

Submissions will be peer-reviewed and evaluated based on originality, relevance to conference, contributions, and presentation. Accepted full papers will be collected in AAAC Conference Proceedings, which will be submitted for main datebase indexing.
