It is a great pleasure for us to invite you all to participate as speaker, delegate, sponsor at the 2026 IEEE 2nd International Symposium on the Application of Artificial Intelligence in Electrical Engineering (AAIEE 2026), which will take place from May 08-11, 2026, in Beijing, China. It's sponsored by Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), IEEE China Council, co-sponsored by China Agricultural University, IEEE Smart Village - China Committee, supported by The Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), Global Chinese Power & Energy Society, The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen), China University of Geosciences (Beijing), Tianjin University.
Submission Guidelines
Reviewing Process
- The conference committee's selection panel will review all papers or abstracts received by the submission deadline to ensure relevance to the symposium.
- All papers and abstracts will undergo double-blind peer review by committee members to guarantee an adequate standard, adherence to the proposed subject, suitable length, satisfactory English quality, and proper referencing.
- The evaluation of papers will be based on scientific merit, technical quality, relevance to the conference scope, originality, significance, and clarity.
Receiving Notification
- If the paper does not align with the topics or is deemed unqualified, a rejection email will be sent.
- After the paper passes two rounds of the reviewing process, a formal acceptance letter will be mailed, including the review form with comments, etc. Please carefully re-edit and improve the paper quality according to the review comments.

Publication
Papers that are accepted and presented at AAIEE 2026 will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements, indexed by EI Compendex and SCOPUS, etc.
