1. Call for Extended Abstract Acceptance: 17 January - 31 January 2024
2. Extended Abstract Acceptance Notification: 1 February 2024
3. Early Bird Registration & Payment: Before 28 November 2023
4. Regular Registration & Payment: 29 November 2023 - 31 January 2024
5. Full Paper Submission Deadline (For Accepted Extended Abstract):  5 February 2024
6. Revision Notification: 10 February 2024
7. Camera-Ready Paper Deadline: 15 February2024
8. Late Registration Deadline & Payment: 5 February2024 - 15 February 2024
9. Conference Dates: 07 March 2024

Submission Guidelines

All extended abstracts and papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

1. All files are written in English
2. All files are submitted as a PDF File to EasyChair
3. References: Please ensure that every text reference should be in the reference list and vice versa. Abstract references must be complete. The text may mention unpublished results and personal communications, but the reference list should not. The journal's usual reference style should be used for these references, replacing the publication date with 'Unpublished results' or 'Personal communication'. An 'in press' reference means the article has been accepted for publication.
4. References: Put numbers in square brackets next to the text. Example: Refer to the authors, but always include the reference number(s).'..... as shown [3,6]. A different result was achieved by Saputra and Allen [3]. List: Number the references (square brackets) in order of appearance in the text.
5. References: Use Mendeley/Zotero for references manager.
6. All authors must ensure that the number of words is within limits: 

• Extended abstract: 500 - 1000 words (excluding references)
• Full paper: 6000 - 8000 words (excluding references)

The Extended Abstract must consist of the following:

• Title
• Aim
• Method
• Results
• Discussions
• Conclusive implications (Theoretical/Practical)
• Reference(s)

The Full Paper must contain:

• Title
• Abstract (no more than 250 words)
• Introduction
• Material and Methods
• Result and Discussions
• Conclusion
• Acknowledgment
• Reference(s)
