Call For Papers

AIAMMS-2023 invites full length original research contributions from science, engineering professionals from industries, R & D organizations, academic institutions, government departments and research scholars from across the world. The manuscript template shall be found in the author guidelines section. The manuscript should contribute original research ideas, developmental ideas, analysis, findings, results, etc.

The manuscript should not have been published in any journals/magazines or conference proceedings and not under review in any of them. Further the manuscript should contain the name of the corresponding author with e-mail id and affiliation of all authors.

Each submitted manuscript will receive a unique Paper Id. The manuscripts will be initially screened to check for the conference scope and originality. All the submitted manuscripts will be sent for the technical peer-review process and the corresponding author will be notified of the outcome of the review process.

If reviewers recommended further improvements in the manuscript, the manuscript will be sent back to the corresponding author and the revised version of the manuscript shall be submitted within fifteen days of the date of notification. The final decision on the manuscript will be announced after the third round of evaluation by the technical program committee.

  • PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • Authors with original unpublished research work and novelties in the track fields of conference are invited from all over the globe.
  • Title of paper, Abstract, Keywords, Author's affiliation and Author's email address should be mentioned clearly.
  • The abstract should not exceed 250 words.
  • Figures in image format should be of minimum 400 dpi.
  • Line art figures in Image format should be of minimum 600 dpi.
  • Contents of papers presented should lie within the general scope of conference.
  • Full length original research contributions and review articles not exceeding 18 pages in the single column format should be submitted with 1.5 line spacing. Literature review / survey papers should present a totally new vision in the respective field or at least it should benefit the field with new perspective if they have to be published.
  • All Submitted papers will go through a “Plagiarism & Similarity test” by Turnitin Software.
  • Papers with more than 10% similarity index will be not be examined and will face Rejection / Withdrawal without a formal review.
  • Paper size should be in European A4.
  • Margins should be 2.5CM (Top and Bottom) and 2.5cm (Left and Right).
  • There should be no page numbers, or headers and footers, within the paper.
  • The paper should be submitted in .pdf format without any password protection.
  • The .pdf file format should be free from formatting errors (e.g. corrupt equations, missing or low-resolution figures), since conversion from Word to PDF can introduce formatting errors.
  • All pages should be portrait.
  • Figures should be placed within the text and should not be collected at the end of the document.
  • A thorough proofread should be conducted to check the standard of english and be ensured that wordings are clear and concise.
  • Ensure that all permissions have been obtained for any material within the manuscript, which is not from the submitted original work, or from previously published work.
  • Reference list should be checked for accuracy. References can only be linked via Crossref if they are correct and complete.
  • Authors are advised to follow APA style of reference citation.
  • All the references given in the list of references should be cited in the body of a text.
  • The Citation should be given by number, whether sequential by order of citation or according to the sequence in an alphabetized list (For Example):
    • Single citation: [9].
    • Multiple citation: [4–6, 9]. The citations should be in numerical order.
    • Sequential citation by order of citation: reference 7 cannot be cited before reference 5.

  • AIAMMS-2023 is actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation to ensure the safety, comfort and quality of experience for attendees and a successful conduct of the event.

    AIAMMS-2023 is committed to holding the conference in 2023 and authors of the accepted papers who are unable to attend the conference in person will be given an option to present their papers online and attend the conference virtually.
