The conference will address key research findings and challenges in “AI and IoT integration/implementation in infrastructure” and “Sustainability Analysis of Materials.” This event aims to provide a robust platform for presenting significant research works and literature spanning various aspects of engineering and technological advancements. Special emphasis will be placed on sustainability analysis, life cycle assessment, and the innovative application of AI and IoT in infrastructure and building project’s sustainable developments.
Submission Guidelines and Deadlines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following deadlines are to be noted:
- Call for paper open: June 1, 2024
- Full-length paper submission deadline: December 25, 2024
- Notification of acceptance: December 31, 2024
- Camera-ready submission deadline (Deadline for revised papers): January 20, 2025
- Registration deadline: January 31, 2025

Publication
Publication Partners:
- Peer-reviewed, selected and presented papers from the conference AIRISE-2025 will be submitted for publication to our publication partner Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering, Springer as a proceedings book volume. Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers, and only papers that pass these checks will be published. Further, Springer Nature does not charge any money for the publication of Non-Open Access content. Abstracts/extended abstracts and short papers (less than 4 pages) are not considered for publication.
- Article submission process: Submission will be made to the official conference email address ( airise@muj.manipal.edu ). Each submission will receive a unique paper ID, which should be mentioned in the subject line for all future communications to the conference committee. The templates for preparing and submitting your article can be found here. A full-length paper should not be more than 12 pages long, including references.
- A few full-length original articles in a specific area aligned with the aim and scope of the journal will be considered for publication in the Journal of Structural Design and Construction Practice as a “Special Collection” upon completion of a successful peer review process.
- Article submission process: Authors can start submitting articles to the journal website (https://www.editorialmanager.com/jrnsceng). During article submissions, authors must indicate that their article is submitted to “15 Artificial Intelligence for Resilient Infrastructure and Sustainable Engineering Materials (AIRISE-2025)“.
