Borneo International Conference on Agrotechnology (BICAT 2022) creates a stage for exchanging technology developments in agriculture. The one-day conference is organized by Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB) under the Brunei Mid-Year Conference and Exhibition (MYCE) which is an annual feature of the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism (MPRT), Brunei Darussalam. The MYCE will be held from 28 June to 02 July 2022, with BICAT 2022 on the last day, i.e. 02 July 2022.
At least two internationally renowned experts will be invited to exchange and share their experiences in recent and future development of technologies for agriculture. The conference will provide an opportunity for researchers, practitioners, educators and students to take part, and present and discuss their recent innovations and practical challenges encountered in the fields of agrotechnology. The participants will have a good networking and collaboration opportunity to find solutions for the challenges while attending the conference and sharing the technological needs for future agriculture.
Please contact the Conference Secretariat at BICAT.secretariat@utb.edu.bn should there be any problem with the submission. All papers will go through peer review and the authors whose papers are accepted for presentation will receive an invitation letter from the Conference Secretariat. At least one author of the accepted paper must register and present the paper during the conference. All peer-reviewed papers shall be included in the Conference Proceedings.
A special invitation goes out to authors from the industry to submit a 1-Page extended abstract to be considered for oral presentation only. However, if the full paper is submitted and accepted, it will be included in the Conference Proceedings.
