Organized by Guangdong Open University and the School of Open Learning, Hong Kong Metropolitan University, the International Conference on Enhancing Lifelong Education and Building Learning Societies through Digitalization (CELEBLS) will take place on 18 - 20 June 2025 at Guangdong Open University in Guangzhou, China.
This Conference aims to provide an academic platform for in-depth discussions on the challenges and opportunities in education brought about by globalisation and technological changes. It seeks to explore innovative models and practical pathways for advancing open education and lifelong learning in the era of artificial intelligence and digital transformation.
The four sub-themes for the conference are:
- Artificial Intelligence and Digital Education;
- Digital Open Education;
- Digital Lifelong Education; and
- Development of Innovative Education in Greater Bay Area.
We invite the submission of papers on all aspects related to the conference sub-themes and related topics. Accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings and will be eligible for the “Best Paper Award” and “Excellent Paper Awards”. Selected high-quality papers will also be considered for publication in special issues of renowned academic journals.
