The Emerging Tech Conference on Edge Intelligence (ETCEI) is Greece’s premier forum dedicated to showcasing cutting-edge developments and fostering collaboration across academia, research, and industry in the fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Edge Computing, and Intelligent Systems.
The 2026 edition of ETCEI is co-organized by HETiA, and the University of Ioannina (UoI).
ETCEI features a dynamic and evolving thematic focus, designed to reflect emerging trends and interdisciplinary opportunities. A special emphasis is placed on submissions stemming from industrial research and academia–industry collaborations.
The conference program will include oral and poster presentations, along with panel discussions addressing current challenges and future directions in the domain. The official language of the conference is English.
Submission Guidelines
Submissions are invited in the following categories:
Full Papers: Original, unpublished scientific research presenting novel contributions in the thematic areas of the conference.
Technical Reports: Descriptions of ongoing research, innovative products and services, outcomes of research projects, industrial doctorate initiatives, and related developments.
Posters (1-page extended abstract): Summaries of original work or significant highlights of recently completed work. Previously published or presented material may be considered, provided it includes substantial additional insights or updates.
