About the 2nd International Conference
The global medical calamity has changed the business scenario in 2022 in a short span of two years. The organisations have changed their way of working in each function of management. With changed management understandings, this conference intends to map the changes in the style of corporate governance or novel challenges faced by organisations during the pandemic period. Inevitably, the pandemic triggered the need for newer techniques and technologies to be adopted by organisations to sustain and do businesses. Organisations witnessed a paradigm shift in the governance and administrative framework. Buzz word like ‘work from home’ and ‘social distancing’ dominated every work place throughout the world. Underscoring this new ecosystem of doing businesses and governing corporate houses, the 2nd International Conference of GRFCG is themed as ‘Revisiting Business and Corporate Governance’
