About GRFCG
The GLOBAL RESEARCH FOUNDATION FOR CORPORATE GOVERNANCE has been established with the objective of providing a platform for academicians, researchers, professionals, corporate, policymakers, and consultants to discuss, deliberate, disseminate and further the issues related to corporate governance, CSR and other allied areas. GRFCG organized its 1st International Conference on the September 7-8, 2019 at India International Centre, New Delhi themed as ‘Corporate Governance: Issues, Challenges and Changing Paradigms’. The 2nd International Conference on ‘Revisiting Business and Corporate Governance’ was held on the September 10-11, 2022 at the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi.
About the 3rd International Conference
Businesses and societies are changing in the realm of concerns promoting sustainability in products, processes and policies. The drive and commitment across countries to adopt sustainable development goals have accentuated the debate reflecting its social and economic pros and cons. This debate not only deciphers the synergies attached to the adoption of sustainable development goals but also provides an opportunity to create a legacy for future generations. A legacy where an augmentation of industrialization can be lived by generations to come with minimal damage to the environment and yet continue the life cycle. In order to bring longevity to organizations, their products, policies and processes, the inherent nature of corporate governance plays a pivotal role. Corporate governance steers, direct and control the present-day business with a vision to create a sustainable organization for the future. With this background, the 3rd International Conference on “Corporate Governance and Sustainable Development: Reflecting New Perspectives in Emerging Economies and Around the Globe” attempts to discuss and deliberate the plausible ways to achieve corporate excellence and sustainable development goals. This conference intends to bring out diverse methods considering interdisciplinary approaches and their outcomes.
