The International Conference on Innovations and Challenges in Mechanical Engineering(ICICME-2023) is a conference that brings together researchers, academics, practitioners, and professionals in the field of mechanical engineering to share their research findings, knowledge, and experiences. Submission Guidelines for Full paper

All submissions must be original and not published or under review elsewhere.

The submission should be written in English and follow the conference template provided on the conference website.

The length of the paper should be between 4-8 pages, including references and figures.

All papers should be submitted in PDF format through the conference submission system.

The first page of the paper should include the title of the paper, the names and affiliations of all authors, and an abstract of no more than 250 words.

The paper should be formatted in Times New Roman font, with a font size of 12, and single-spaced.

All figures, tables, and equations should be properly labeled and cited within the text.

All references should follow the IEEE referencing style.

Authors are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions to include copyrighted materials in their submissions.

All submissions will undergo a peer-review process, and the decision of acceptance or rejection will be based on the quality and relevance of the paper to the conference theme.

Authors of accepted papers are required to present their work at the conference and should register for the conference by the deadline specified on the conference website.

Authors of accepted papers will be invited to submit an extended version of their paper for publication in a special issue of a reputable journal.
Submission Guidelines for Poster

Size and Layout: The poster size should be in accordance with the guidelines provided by the conference organizers. The recommended poster size is usually A0 or A1, in portrait or landscape orientation. The layout of the poster should be clear and easy to read, with headings, subheadings, and bullet points.
