International Conference on Information and Computer Technologies (ICICT), is an annual conference hold each year in United States. It is an international forum for academia and industries to exchange visions and ideas in the state of the art and practice of information and computer technologies.

The previous editions of ICICT were held in Raleigh, New York City (virtual), Hawaii (virtual), Silicon Valley, University of Hawaii Maui College, Kahului, and Northern Illinois University (NIU) DeKalb. ICICT 2024 will be located at Honolulu, Hawaii, United States during March 15-17, 2024.

We believe the final program will be the result of a highly selective review process designed to include the best work of its kind in every category. You are cordially invited to submit your recent research work to the ICICT 2024.

Submission Guidelines

Full Paper

The manuscript in double-column format, up to 10 pages. Manuscripts must be written in English and follow the instructions at Manuscript Formatting and Templates and LaTex Template.

To ensure the high quality of the accepted papers, all submissions will be peer-reviewed. Please only submit original material where copyright of all parts is owned by the authors declared and which is not currently under review elsewhere.

Abstract

For those papers do not want to be published but presenting and discussing at the conference, you can submit an abstract first, for presentation only. Your abstract will not be published but only included in the conference program book.

Accepted and registered full papers will be collected in Conference Publishing Services (CPS), which will be submitted to IEEE Xplore and submitted and reviewed by Scopus and Ei Compendex Index.
