The 1st International Conference on Smart systems and Green energy Technologies (ICSGET-2022) is conducted by the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Vardhaman College of Engineering, Hyderabad. The main aim of this international conference is to bring together researchers to facilitate knowledge sharing in emerging technologies and enhance collaboration world over. Along with researchers, the professionals and executives from energy sector, manufacturing industries, electrical power companies are invited to share their ideas and information pertaining to recent thrust areas of smart systems and green energy technologies. The conference will enable the delegates to undertake collaborative research, update their technical knowledge and to stay in tune with recent advances. The technical program consists of keynote lectures, peer-reviewed paper presentations, panel discussions and presentations by industry professionals. It is envisaged that the conference will provide a platform where opportunities for national and international collaboration amongst top universities (from India and abroad) is plentiful.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
- Paper submission & review policy
- Authors are advised to submit their original and unpublished work (related to the conference theme).The review process takes into account both the quality of writing and the scientific impact of the work. Authors should clearly identify the problem, explain their contribution(s), and justify the state-of-the-art works. The program committee would like to review those who develop, argue, and provide results.Also, note that the team takes care of plagiarism (even self-plagiarism) as serious professional misconduct. All papers will be screened for plagiarism, and the team will reject them in case there exists significant overlap with the previously published papers/papers.
- Submission guidelinesThe conference will accept : 1) regular paper - 6 pages, 2) short paper - 4 pages, and 3) review paper - 6 pages. Extra pages will be charged Rs. 800 per page.The author should follow the River Publishers Template. The plagiarism shold be below 10%.

Venue
International Conference of two days titled “Smart systems and Green energy Technologies (ICSGET-2022)” will be held in the Department of Electrical Engineering, VCE, Hyderabad on 21st and 22nd October, 2022. VCE is situated in the historic city of Hyderabad, Telangana. There is excellent flight connectivity to Hyderabad from all other major cities of India. The Rajiv Gandhi International Airport connects the city to some of the major international hubs like USA, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuala Lumpur, Doha, Singapore, Hong Kong, London and Sharjah. The domestic terminal also connects the city with all other major cities in India. On road, the distance from Bangalore to Hyderabad is approximately 560 kms whereas from Mumbai to Hyderabad it is approximately 700 kms. The approximate distance from Chennai to Hyderabad is 630 kms whereas from Tirupathi to Hyderabad is 550 kms. Likewise other metro cities in India, Hyderabad also has two major railway stations. One, Secundarabad Railway Station and the other Hyderabad Deccan railway station.
