2024 9th International Conference on Signal and Image Processing (ICSIP 2024) will be held in Nanjing, China(中国 南京)during July 12-14, 2024. It is co-sponsored by Southeast University, China, hosted by School of Cyber Science and Engineering and Wuxi Campus (Southeast University), supported by Macao Polytechnic University (Macao, China), Technical University of Denmark (Denmark), University of Aberdeen(UK), University of Wollongong (Australia), Nantong Institute of Technology (China).ICSIP is initiated in 2016. It was held successfully in Beijing (2016, hosted in North China of Technology), Singapore(2017, hosted in Nanyang Technological University), and Shenzhen(2018, hosted by Shenzhen Research Institute, Southeast University, China), Wuxi (2019, hosted in Southeast University in Wuxi), virtual conference due to COVID-19 (2020, hosted by School of Cyber Science and Engineering, Southeast University), Nanjing (2021, hosted by School of Cyber Science and Engineering, Southeast University), Suzhou (2022, hosted by Suzhou Campus, Southeast University), and Wuxi (2023, hosted by Southeast University in Wuxi). As annual conference, it has attracted more than 1200 conference participants in last seven years. The aim of ICSIP 2024 will bring together the researchers, experts, and scholars from Asian Pacific nations, North America, Europe and around the world to exchange their research results and address open issues in signal and image processing. It is one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of signal and image processing.

Submission Guidelines

Contributed Papers

Papers to ICSIP can be submitted on Easychair: http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icsip2024

The page limit for each submission is flexible. The general paper material (including text, figures, tables, acknowledgement, etc.) must fit into 5 pages, while additional pages will be permitted at the cost of $70 per additional page.

All papers are to be submitted in PDF format. (Paper Template.docx or Latex)

The reviewing process of the ICSIP conference aims to provide authors with constructive feedback on their papers, even when a submission is rejected. All submissions will be subjected to double-blind peer reviews, who are expert or have been experiencing in the related field for years. The accepted papers must be revised, taking into consideration the referees' comments and suggestions, before inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Paper Presentation

Papers will be presented in a combination of parallel sessions and interactive format, depending on the total number of submissions accepted. Details of the finalized presentation format will be available on the conference website at a later date.

Authors who anticipate inability to travel to a conference because of a government-imposed travel restriction are still encouraged to submit papers. Such papers will be reviewed and accepted on their own merit for publication in Conference Proceedings, without any knowledge of the author’s travel restriction. Within one week of paper acceptance notification, travel-restricted authors must notify the conference secretary with proof of their restriction. Substitute presenters may be possible or, depending on conference resources, such as a remote presentation or pre-recorded video.

Tutorials and Workshops

Tutorials and workshops will be held on July 8 and July 9, the days before and during the main conference. Workshops provide an informal forum for participants to discuss emerging and active research areas and proposals are called for. Publication

All accepted papers after proper registration and presentation, will be included in the Conference Proceedings, the same with the last years, which will be included into IEEE Xplore, submitted for Ei Compendex and Scopus.
