OCSA 2025 is the abbreviation of the International Conference on Optoelectronics, Computer Science and Algorithms, it will be held in Changsha, China on September 19-21, 2025.

In recent years, optoelectronic information and computer engineering technology have been widely used in various industries, and have promoted the development of modern information technology with its extremely fast speed, extremely wide extention, extremely large information capacity, and extremely high information efficiency and resolution. Based on optoelectronic science, computer science and algorithms, OCSA aims to provide an international exchange platform for experts, scholars and business people engaged in scientific research, product design and development in related fields to share the latest research results, discuss existing problems and challenges, and explore future development trends.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

• Fullpaper The papaer must be in English, non-pure review, and should have academic or practical promotion value, and not been published in domestic and foreign academic journals or conferences;

                                   The page single column is recommended to be 9-10 pages, including formulas, charts, etc.;

                             It is recommended to use Grammarly to check the article problems before submission; the final draft repeat rate (including literature) should not exceed 25%, which can be checked by iThenticate;
