The International Conference on Parallel Architectures, Algorithms and Programming (PAAP), or PAAP for short, is an annual conference on high-performance computing with international influence initiated by Chen Guoliang, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), and it has been successfully held for 14 times so far. In the past, hundreds of experts and scholars from China, the United States, Iran, Austria, Israel, Australia, Singapore, Japan, South Africa, the United Kingdom, Pakistan and other countries and regions participated in the conference. Each conference mainly focuses on the latest research and exploration, technical achievements and application practices in all aspects of distributed computing, parallel architecture, algorithms and programming technologies to carry out extensive and in-depth discussions and exchanges, covering the audience groups of scientific research, education, enterprises, organizations, and other industries, to share cutting-edge viewpoints and technical practices.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
- Full papers describing The topics of architecture include multi-core architecture, interconnected networks, clusters, grids and cloud computing systems, network architecture on a chip, survivable and safety-critical systems, ubiquitous computing systems, sensors, wireless and RFID systems, reconfigurable architectures, self-healing and self-protecting network systems; the topics of algorithms include combinatorial and graph algorithms, numerical algorithms, task mapping and work scheduling, parallel/distributed databases and knowledge discovery, high-performance scientific computing, resource allocation and management, power-aware computing, secure distributed computing, network routing and flow control; the topics of parallel programming include multi-core programming, parallel programming theory and models, formal methods and verification, middleware for parallel systems, parallel programming languages, parallel compilers and runtime systems, performance analysis, debugging and optimization, Parallel libraries and application frameworks; High-performance systems: operating systems for parallel/distributed systems, high-performance computer arithmetic, memory tiering and caching, performance tuning, optimization and profiling, human-computer interaction in parallel/distributed systems, photonic and quantum computing, media computing in parallel/distributed systems, software engineering for parallel/distributed systems; Privacy and security: cloud security, data privacy protection, cryptography, intrusion detection, copyright protection, access control, data provenance, trusted computing; Big data processing and deep learning: large-scale data stream processing in the cloud, big data models and computational theory, big data mining and fusion, dimensionality reduction of large data sets, big data placement, scheduling and optimization, multi-source data processing and integration, deep learning models, deep learning applications.
