The 15th Pan Ocean Remote Sensing Conference (PORSEC) 2022 aims to gather all groups of ocean geospatial community within Malaysia and international working on various aspects of ocean and atmosphere using geospatial technology for discussing their results and innovations. The biennial conference is also meant to be an interdisciplinary forum for leading researchers and students in related areas to present the latest developments and applications, to discuss cutting-edge technology, to exchange research ideas and to promote international collaboration in this field.
Exciting social program will be organized for conference participants and it would be a great pleasure to meeting all of you in this upcoming conference.
In conjunction with the PORSEC 2022 conference, the 9th PORSEC Capacity Building Tutorial will be held prior to the PORSEC 2022 conference. The 5 days tutorial offers expert training for students, and young scientists. Participants will be given theoretical lessons and practical exercises on remote sensing techniques used for monitoring the ocean-atmosphere system for research and operations.

Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
- Full papers: *Please check the technical program for any updates closer to the conference)
- Posters : Poster Size: 90cm(W)x120cm(H)
(IMPORTANT) Steps to submit the abstract and full paper:
1) Submit one (1) page of abstract (before 1 September 2022);
2) Complete the payment of abstract fee MYR130 (nonrefundable) before 1 September 2022. Payment guidelines are available on the conference website (http://geoinfo.utm.my/porsec/). Please note that the abstract will only be reviewed after the abstract fee is paid.
3) Submit the full paper (before 1 September 2022).
4) Complete the full registration conference fee before 1 November 2022
