Building on the remarkable success of its previous eight editions, EMPOWER 2025 sets out to broaden its reach and bring together a diverse array of stakeholders from the assistive technology (AT) sector. This transformative event brings together persons with disabilities, government and non-government organizations, educators, parents, caregivers, startups, industry leaders, developers, engineers, designers, researchers, and policymakers—all united by their shared commitment to advancing the development, manufacturing, and dissemination of innovative AT solutions and services.

This year, let's come together to collaboratively propel the advancement of assistive technology. Through engaging panel discussions, thematic sessions, product demonstrations, and vibrant networking opportunities, we’ll work to enhance the accessibility, affordability, and impact of AT solutions and services. Together, we’ll ensure that these transformative solutions reach those who need them the most.

EMPOWER 2025 invites contributions on all aspects related to technology and disability ranging from Research and Development, Manufacturing, Dissemination, Service Delivery, Training and Education, Usability and Impact.

Submission Procedures & Guidelines

Please ensure that the extended abstract is submitted in an accessible format. All authors must be listed on the extended abstract document as well as final camera ready paper (subject to acceptance) and must be disclosed before the review. Do designate one author as the contact author along with the email id and contact number for all related communication. At least one author must register and present at the conference for each selected paper.
