Submission Guidelines
Only Short Papers (Tutorials) or extended abstracts for Tutorial proposals (500-600 words) are accepted for the first submission.
For this conference, we will only accept TUTORIAL proposals on topics mentioned in the next section.
International Teaching Certificate for Advanced Graduate Students - https://etltc-acmchap.org/workshops
- Group Teaching Recommended (3-4 Ph.D./MS students in charge of a single workshop)
- Each workshop will be 120 minutes long, offered as three back-to-back periods of 40 minutes each (2 periods of teaching and one period of group exercise and interaction). Each workshop will have a short exercise to complete for the attending participants as homework.
- Each workshop will have a 4-page lecture note to be published - The best full 4-page lecture notes will be published in the winter ETLTC Scopus-indexed proceedings at NO extra cost and for no further need for any presentation.

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

* The TUTORIAL proposals could also be on industry projects or internship experience, technical skillset, documentation design for job interviews including related experiences, the technical skillset for specific job positions, knowledge management and information design in the industry, etc.
- Experience Reports up to 4 pages on any of the areas in focus.
- Posters on any of the areas in focus.
* Submitted papers that are accepted through the review process may be forwarded for Scopus-indexed proceedings publication with the ETLTC-ICETM conference held every year in January. Publication
ETLTC-Summer2023 proceedings will be published in the ACM Book of Abstracts and Posters, and the best papers will be forwarded to be published at the Scopus-indexed conference proceedings in April or May of the following year, and may also be considered for the International Journal of Entertainment Technology and Management.
Venue
The conference will be held ONLINE from the campus of the University of Aizu, Japan, and streamed live.
