1. Submission Guidelines

All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by another journal or conference.
The conference official languages are Arabic and English. All research papers will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process using Turnitin for plagiarism detection.
Participation Fees:
- Authors (With Research Paper): 100,000 IQD (Includes review, publication, conference materials, certificates, and shields).
- Attendees (Without Paper): Free registration.

Track 1: Private Sector as a Pillar of Sustainable Development
- Successful international and local experiences.
- Future perspectives on private sector expansion.
- The effectiveness of the private sector in achieving SDGs.
Track 2: Management and Deployment of Local and Foreign Funding
- State funds management for private sector growth.
- Managing private projects under government sponsorship.
- International funding contributions in supporting local businesses.
Track 3: Legal Legislations for Private Sector Development
- Updating the Private Sector Development Strategy 2014-2030.
- Re-evaluating legal frameworks and legislations supporting businesses.
- An analytical review of Investment Law No. 13 of 2006 (Amended by Law No. 3 and Law No. 50 of 2015).
Track 4: Islamic Sharia Perspective on Private Property and Favoritism
- Sharia stance on private property rights.
- Sharia stance on nepotism and favoritism in investments.
- Islamic financial perspectives on micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) loans.
Track 5: Media Contribution in Promoting Private Sector & Local Products
- The role of media in broadcasting and strengthening the private sector.
- Media initiatives supporting the consumption of locally manufactured goods.
- Marketing and promotion strategies for national products.
