The 2026 IEEE 22nd International Conference on Intelligent Computer Communication and Processing (ICCP 2026) will be held in October 2026 in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
The conference aims to bring together researchers, engineers and practitioners working towards improving the power of both communication and processing software. The conference encourages contributions that present original, unpublished research results, which are not currently under review for publication in other venues.
Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers to ICCP 2026. All submissions will undergo a peer-review process by at least three members of the Program Committee. Papers must be written in English and should follow the IEEE conference paper format.
Regular papers will have 6 pages maximum (including references) and Short papers will have 4 pages maximum (including references). Additional pages may be purchased at registration.
