==========================================
Since 2004, ICDCIT conference series has been a global platform forComputer Science researchers to exchange research results and ideas on thefoundations and applications of Distributed Computing and InternetTechnology. The rapid rise and adoption of Artificial Intelligence in alldomains of science and engineering has prompted the introduction of“intelligent technology” in the scope of the conference. Undoubtedly, thesetechnologies are critical to individuals and organizations who engage inthe design, development and deployment of large scale systems incorporatingAI based components and subsystems.
The 19th International Conference on Distributed Computing and IntelligentTechnology (ICDCIT-2023) will take place in Bhubaneswar during 18th – 22ndJanuary 2023. It will be organized by KIIT, Bhubaneswar, India. As in theprevious years, proceedings of the conference are planned to be publishedby Springer in the series of Lecture Notes in Computer Science.
ICDCIT-2023 solicits original research papers contributing to thefoundations and applications of Distributed Computing and IntelligentTechnology in the following broad areas:

Paper Submission
Authors are invited to electronically submit their papers using LNCS formatwritten in English, of up to 16 pages, presenting unpublished researchresults (not submitted elsewhere) or innovative practical applicationsincluding development of state of the art tools relevant to the conferencetheme. All submissions are to be done electronically, and submitted paperswill be peer reviewed for possible inclusion in the conference proceedingsexpected to be published by* Springer-Verlag* as a volume of *Lecture Notesin Computer Science*. See the format for paper preparation:*https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines*<https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines>
Note: During the paper submission (on the easychair link given below), you willbe required to choose one of the two tracks: Distributed Computing orIntelligent Technology. Please choose the track based on the topicsmentioned above.
*** Best Paper Award ***
- For *Best Paper* Award, *INR 50,000* (for both distributed computing and intelligent technology tracks) prize money will be awarded.
- For *Best Student Paper *Award, *INR 25,000* (for both distributed computing and intelligent technology tracks) prize money will be awarded.
- Tezos India is a leading blockchain adoption entity based in India. Their goal is to reach, educate and train millions of developers about Blockchain and assist individuals and entities to use the Tezos blockchain. This is an excellent opportunity to publish and win the award in ICDCIT 2023!!
Note: The conference organizers can decide to split the awards between twopapers or not decide to award it to anyone as they seem fit.
Anonymous Submissions
A submission should not reveal the identity of the authors in any way. Nonames, addresses and affiliations should appear in the paper. Anyreferences to their own related work should be in the third person (e.g.,not “*We build on our previous work …*” but rather “*We build on the workof …*”). The purpose of this process is to help PC members and externalreviewers come to an initial judgment about the paper without bias, not tomake it impossible for them to discover the authors if they were to try.The conference’s double blind review process should avoid bias, yet nothingshould be done in the name of anonymity that weakens the submission ormakes the job of reviewing the paper more difficult. In particular,important references should not be omitted or anonymized. Authors withfurther questions on double-blind reviewing are encouraged to contact thePC chairs by email.You are free to disseminate your work through ArXiv and other onlinerepositories and give presentations on your work as usual.At least one of the authors of each accepted paper must register for theconference and present the paper in person at the conference.
