ICDXA 2024: International Conference on Digital Transformation and Applications 2024 Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, January 29-30, 2024

ICDXA 2024 is a conference organized by Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT) that aims to promote research, education, and industry implementation that involve Digital Transformation (DX) processes. DX has changed industries and institutions in ways that replicate transformations of the past to remake processes to become more effective and efficient. Despite the rise of interdisciplinary research of 5G, blockchain, artificial intelligence, and internet of things, scholarly attention so far has focused on the effects of the single technology. To explore the implications of DX, ICDXA 2024 investigates these phenomena from different field of interests: big data analytics, industry 4.0, computational intelligence, deep learning, computer vision, robotics, human computer interaction, communication, networking, security, technology applications in scientific, engineering, and social sciences.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.

Keynote Speakers

Mr Kamarul A Muhamed (Founder and CEO, Aerodyne Group (Aerodyne))

Kamarul is the Founder and Group CEO of Aerodyne Group, a Malaysian-founded drone solutions provider ranked first in the world by Drone Industry Insights of Germany. He led Aerodyne from a 3-person start-up in 2014 to a global company with a presence in 35 countries in just 6 years.

Kamarul is the "EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2020", "EY Technology Entrepreneur ofthe Year 2020 Malaysia", "Technode Global’s Startup Leader of the Year 2021", and "SEBA Entrepreneur of the Year 2020". He also holds many distinguished positions; member of the Economic Action Council, the Digital Economy and 4IR Policy Council, the Bumiputera Prosperity Council, the Board of Directors of Bank Negara Malaysia and Forbes Councils.

He is a TEDx speaker, and a drone industry thought leader who has presented his ideas and innovations on AI, drones, and Industry 4.0 around the world. He is also an Adjunct Professor at University Putra Malaysia and Kolej Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Selangor.

Kamarul is a thinker and futurist with a deep passion for human history, astronomy, theoretical physics, and technology. A nonconformist, he often ponders how the technology of the future will advance humanity towards equality and freedom. He is a seasoned traveller who has visited over 100 countries and flown his personal drones in places such as the Russian steppes, Iceland’s glaciers and lava fields,the European alps, the Himalayas, America, South Africa, Nigeria, Sudan, Japan, Australia, and more.
