We are pleased to invite you to attend The 15th International Conference on Education Technology and Computers (ICETC 2023), which will be held at University of Barcelona, Spain during September 26-28, 2023.The ICETC 2023 Organizing Committee is committed to enriching the conference schedule and providing a more effective communication platform while maintaining the success of ICETC in the past fourteen editions. The conference is organized along session themes, addressed in plenary oral presentations by keynote speakers and invited speakers, and extensive oral presentation and poster sessions by authors. In addition, we will also have various social events, including the campus visit, dinner banquet and one day tour, to make the meeting a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Submission Guidelines

Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers, for publication in the conference proceedings and for presentation during the conference.

Language: All submissions should be written in English.Template: Please revise your paper based on the template.

Submission Types: Abstract submission for presentation only without publication; Full paper submission for both presentation and publication.

Paper Length: The submitted papers should be no less than 8 pages. When paper exceeds 10 printed pages, including all figures, tables, and references, extra page will be charged.

1. Submit your full paper or abstract directly to Electronic Submission System.

2. The conference secretary will assign a Paper ID to the submission from icetc.edu@outlook.com within three working days. To ensure receipt of all correspondence from the conference, please add icetc.edu@outlook.com as acceptable emails to receive.

Prevent Plagiarism

ICETC is utterly intolerant of plagiarism. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build. Reviewers are charged to ensure these standards are met.

Publication

All papers will be strictly double blind reviewed by the program committee and reviewers, and accepted papers of ICETC 2023 after registration and presentation will be published in the International Conference Proceedings Series by ACM (ISBN: 979-8-4007-0911-1), which will be archived in the ACM Digital Library, and indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus, etc.
