Submission Guidelines
Instructions for Authors:
- Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length papers of their original and unpublished research works in the tracks specified.
- The length of the paper shall be 4-8 pages with good clarity of the content (text, images and equations).
- The authors are expected to follow the template as provided in <https://sciresol.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/srs-j/jeet/guidelines/jeet-template_rev.docx> in preparing the research papers.
- The paper submitted must be uploaded in PDF format
- All paper submissions are subject to a double-blind review process; hence, any information identifying the authors or their institution should be anonymized while submitting the paper.
- Papers that do not conform with "double-blind submission" policies and are out of the scope of the conference will be rejected without review.
- The double-blind review process evaluates the submitted paper's novelty, significance, scientific rigour, clarity, and quality.
- Submitted papers must not have been published as copyrighted material nor be submitted for consideration for publication as copyrighted material in print or electronic form.
- If selected for oral presentation, at least one of the authors must register for the conference to present their paper during the conference.
- Manuscripts of the selected papers will be forwarded to the Journal of Engineering Education Transformations (JEET) for publication in Special Issue. (Scopus-indexed Journal http://www.journaleet.in/).
- The papers submitted via email will be rejected without review.
- The author must review the track and sub-track list mentioned above before submitting.
- The author must select one tack to which the paper belongs while submitting. This selection cannot be changed once the manuscript has been accepted for oral presentation and publication.
Guidelines to Preserve Anonymity for “Double-Blind” Submissions:
- Remove the names and affiliations of authors from the title page of the PDF file you submit for review. If your paper gets accepted, this information must be included in the final camera-ready copy. While submitting your paper for review, you must consist of only author details on the registration page. The PDF file of the paper should not have the author's information.
- Remove acknowledgements of identifying names and funding sources from the PDF file you will submit for review. If your paper gets accepted, this information must be included in the final camera-ready copy.
- Remove project titles or names that can be traced back to the authors via a web search engine.
- Name your files carefully. The source file names (e.g., “Rajesh.pdf”) are often embedded in the final output as accessible comments.
- Use care in referring to your previous works as related works. Do not omit references to provide anonymity, as this leaves the reviewer unable to grasp the context. Instead, you can reference your past work in the third person format, just like any other related work by another author. For example, instead of “Recently, we have proposed a new protocol [9] …,” sentences in the spirit of “Recently, the authors in [9] have proposed a new protocol …” may be used.
- Papers with the same title and abstract should not be posted on a public website, such as arxiv.org, shared via public mailing lists, or communicated to other conferences/journals/publications.
