International Conference on Innovation Management in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises: Practice, Strategies, and Impacts (IMSMEs-2023) is organized by the Multidisciplinary Research Center for Innovations in SMEs (MRCiS), GISMA University of Applied Sciences, Potsdam, Germany in collaboration with INSERAS Research Group, Universidad de Alcalá, Alcalá de Henares (Madrid), Spain during August 24-25, 2023. The conference will be at GISMA University of Applied Sciences, Think Campus, Konrad-Zuse-Ring 11, 14469 Potsdam, Germany.
The primary goal of the conference is to bring together researchers from academia and industry as well as practitioners to share ideas, problems, and solutions relating to innovation management in SMEs context. The focus will also be on innovation management strategies adopted by SMEs during the pandemic, which could become useful lessons for the "new normal". The target is to focus on the latest trends, techniques, and application areas in Innovation Management.

Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
- Full papers are expected to describe new conceptual and empirical results and make contributions to the body of knowledge in the area. They should not exceed 10 pages.
- Short research papers are expected to promote novel ideas and initial research results or to present a contradictory argument to the field. This category includes opinion papers, in-progress papers, and industry reports. They should not exceed 4 pages.

The submission (full-length and short articles) must use the Springer Templates (Word template, LaTex package). Full-length papers should not exceed 10 pages. Short articles should not exceed 6 pages. A small number of extra pages can be accepted with additional registration fees.
