KSS2023 theme: Knowledge and Systems Sciences in the Age of Generative AI
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
- Full papers for scientific and practice contributions
should not exceed 15 pages including abstract, figures and references. Please include a 150 word abstract and 3-6 keywords best describing the paper. Submissions should be formatted according to the guidelines of Lecture Notes in Computer Science at Springer Verlag. Author instructions can be downloaded at https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines. And the LaTeX templates are available in Overleaf for service.
Please submit your contribution as a PDF through the EasyChair system: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=kss2023
All full-length submission will be double-blinded reviewed by at least 3 technical committee members. Please do remove information, such as authors names, affiliations, email addresses, from the manuscripts.Cross-similarity check will also be conducted under Springer's requirements. Submission with high crosssimilarity will be rejected. Final accepted submissions will be published by Springer in the CCIS series.
At this category, long abstract no less than 2 pages with keywords and references will also be reviewed simultaneously together with full papers. Based on the review comments, some long abstracts will be recommended to extended to full-length papers and submitted to Journal of Systems Science and Information (open-access) for quick review and publication. This mode provides longer time for submission response.
- Abstracts
Please submit one A4-sized with around 1000 words to describe your research or practice.
This option is for those who just want to make a presentation at KSS2023. All accepted abstracts with registered authors will be included in the brochure provided to all KSS2023 participants in print. The abstract submission at easychair will be reopened after full-length paper notification.
If authors would like to submit Chinese full-length papers under those topics together with their English abstract, the program committee will arrange Chinese PC members to review the full-length Chinese papers to see if they can be recommended to Journal of Systems Science and Mathmatical Sciences (系统科学与数学, one Chinese journal). While the submissions will not open during the full-length submission reviewing period.
