A field study in primary schools, the Tamasin region of Touggourt and Ouargla, AlgeriaEasyChair Preprint 259118 pages•Date: February 6, 2020AbstractThe study aimed to explore the existence of a relationship between the degree of use of information and communication technologies and the level of quality of work life in primary schools, from the viewpoint of teachers and principals of primary schools, where the study was conducted on a sample (111) professor in primary education in the educational district, Tamasin, which was established in the state of Ouargla in Algeria. The researchers used the curriculum Descriptive and relied on the SPSS20 program in statistical analysis, and concluded the following results: - There is a positive correlation between the degree of use of information and communication technologies and the quality of work life in primary schools with a correlation coefficient (R = 0.619) D at the level of significance 0.05., There is an increase in the quality of work life by 93%, there is an increase in the degree of use of information and communication technologies among the study sample by 89%, there are no differences in the degree of use of information and communication technology due to the variables (age and gender) and there are differences in the degree of use of information and communication technology attributed to each Among the variables (job title in favor of administrators, teaching years for the benefit of less than five years, and the perimeter of the institution in favor of the urban environment Keyphrases: Quality of Work Life, Technology, communication, communication technology, media, الإعلام, الاتصال, تكنولوجيا, جودة حياة العمل
