This anthropology would refer to an ontology of music within the frameworks of his philosophy of limit. Finally the article shows the absence, in his production, of a systematized theory of imagination capable to sustain his discourse, but it points to a possible reconstruction throughout Trías' own texts. Keyphrases: Eugenio Trías, Ontology, anthropology, imagination, music
