In particular, they delay the growth and development of plants, as a result of which they destroy a significant part of the harvest. In order to regulate the number of harmful entomofauna, it is necessary to conduct monitoring studies of agrocenoses with the selection of dominant species, which is the main component for building an effective system of protection of plantations. The purpose and task of the report was to reveal and study the impact of Lepidoptera phytophages on plants and to develop recommendations to reduce their harmful activity.
