Objective: to analyze the user's perception regarding the Humanization of Care in Basic Health Units (BHU) in the municipality of Floriano-PI. Method: this is a qualitative research, where SUS users were evaluated at UBS in the city of Floriano-PI. The population was UBS users, with a sample of 20 patients, who agreed to voluntarily participate in the research. Result: 55% do not know about Humanization in care and 45% of respondents are aware. Conclusion: we can see that attention and management models focusing on the needs of citizens and improving working conditions stimulate attitudes that add value to the human being, affecting the quality of care.
