Analysis of ERP Software Packages for Implementation in the Administration of Educational Processes

Abstract

In order to reduce the administrative burden on teachers from different institutions, as well as improve bureaucratic processes, in this article a generic analysis of ERP software packages is developed, adding to the importance of providing a better response service, as well as higher quality to the student body of the different institutions at the higher level. For this, 3 applications of administrative use widely used in the market were taken, to know the offers they have in educational processes. To make the comparison, it was necessary to know the needs present in the different academies of TecMM Cocula Academic Unit and later, based on the programs, an architecture was generated that shows how the data runs.
