Abstract

The objective of the article is based on analyzing dynamic capacities for the strengthening of cohesive teams in post-Covid-19 pandemic scenarios, under the postulates of the authors Martelo (2017), Acosta et al. (2018), Muñoz and Reinel (2018), López et al. (2018), Rajadell (2019), Bonet and González (2021), among others. Methodologically, it is conceived within documentary research; The revision of the theoretical statements, allowed to establish that in the current organizational environment, it demands the incorporation of models of innovation in thought based on the potential of its individuals in favor of strengthening cohesion in work teams. Reason why organizations are oriented to formalize actions that allow their leaders/collaborators to develop actions based on their own personal, intellectual and professional growth in favor of strengthening work teams. Pointing out the role that organizational development plays in identifying new solutions, seeking to consolidate sustainable objectives; incorporating the capacities of quality human capital to face constant change. This leads to visualizing results aligned with a set of strategic purposes as well as effective practices, with which it is possible to optimize the incorporation of technological improvements, develop the management of human talent, encourage innovation and thereby promote the transformation towards an organizational design. cash; where the generation of value is determined as an element spread throughout the organizational architecture.
