Methodologically, it is conceived within documentary research; The revision of the theoretical statements, allowed to establish that in the current organizational environment, it demands the incorporation of models of innovation in thought based on the potential of its individuals in favor of strengthening cohesion in work teams. Reason why organizations are oriented to formalize actions that allow their leaders/collaborators to develop actions based on their own personal, intellectual and professional growth in favor of strengthening work teams. Pointing out the role that organizational development plays in identifying new solutions, seeking to consolidate sustainable objectives; incorporating the capacities of quality human capital to face constant change.
