Drawing insights from the case of the Imbaraga Farmers Voice Project (IFVP) in Rwanda, the study sought four to examine the influence of agricultural training on performance of IFVP and to establish the influence of beneficiary involvement on performance of IFVP project. This study is underpinned on two theories which are Stakeholder Theory and Realistic Evaluation Theory. From a methodological perspective, the adopted both the survey research design and correlational research design. The study population was 140 stakeholders of the IFVP. The results revealed that agricultural training has significance positive effect on performance of the project. The results also revealed that access to financial services has significance positive effect on performance of the project. Based on these findings, the study recommended that more training to farmers by extension officers needs to be conducted as a way of capacity building leading to increased productivity and the adoption of innovative technologies to enable the realization of higher profits.
