This study explores whether the age-old practice of yoga could enhance the helpful behaviour and cultural intelligence of corporate executives in a transitional economy through the lens of mindfulness. The study's findings demonstrated that yoga practises considerably enhanced the participants' helpful behaviour and cultural intelligence. A higher level of mindfulness accounts for about two thirds of the influence on helpful behaviour, with yoga practice accounting for the remaining one third. When it comes to cultural intelligence, mindfulness accounts for 88% of the benefit, with yoga practices providing the remaining 12%.
