Civil Disobedience for the Covid-19 Policy

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of non compliance with government policies on preventing covid-19 transmission through several activities such as social distancing, working and lerning from home, reducing mobility, wearing masks and washing hands. Such disobedience results in continuing transmission in large numbers, making it difficult to stop the death due to covid-19. The basic concept used in explaining the phenomenon is the concept of power relations, knowledge construction and civil disobedience. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach to the Strategic Assumption Surfacing Testing (SAST) strategy. The results of this study are planned to contribute to the theory of social disobedience, especially in the realm of health. Including the results of the research is the formulation of copyright for a conceptual model of social interventions for the handling of the covid-19 outbreak and can also be used for other infectious diseases. Research is TKT 3 as basic research. Research publications are planned in the National Journal included in sprott 2 and international publication in international journal or seminars.
