The study used data mining algorithms with simulator tool in Rapid Miner to model discovered information into three aspects; firstly, the study did a comparison of three algorithms in terms of accuracy and speed. Secondly, the paper presented a modelling of discovered information from three algorithms. Finally, the paper suggested the appropriated model and data visualized tool for HR in monitoring and adjusting for human resource planning and developing.
