A mixed-integer linear programming model is proposed and implemented using a general algebraic modeling system (GAMS). Considering the NP-Hardness and the exponential growth of solution time by increasing its size, a genetic metaheuristic algorithm is proposed for generalization. The performance evaluation of the model shows promising results.
