Utilizing a comprehensive approach, the study encompasses in vitro evaluations through the checkerboard method, in vivo assessments in zebrafish infection models, and analyses of bacterial burden and survival curves. In the in vitro phase, the combination of Q203 and PBTZ169 exhibits a synergistic effect, disrupting the growth of drug-resistant Mtb strains. The study further extends its scope to zebrafish infection models, providing a holistic understanding of the therapeutic impact. Keyphrases: PBTZ169, Q203, Tuberculosis
