In response to these unprecedented challenges, organizations have turned to digital technologies as a means to enhance their supply chain capabilities, mitigate disruptions, and maintain productivity levels. This abstract explores the utilization of digital technologies to bolster supply chain resilience and productivity during the COVID-19 pandemic. It highlights the key role played by digital technologies in enabling efficient and agile supply chain management, fostering collaboration, and ensuring uninterrupted operations. Firstly, this abstract examines the implementation of digital platforms and tools that facilitate real-time visibility and data-driven decision-making. These technologies enable supply chain stakeholders to monitor and analyze critical information, such as inventory levels, demand patterns, and transportation routes. By harnessing this data, organizations can proactively identify potential disruptions, optimize inventory management, and streamline logistics operations, thereby enhancing supply chain resilience. Secondly, the abstract explores the significance of digital communication and collaboration tools in maintaining seamless coordination among supply chain partners. With physical distancing measures in place, traditional face-to-face interactions have been limited.
