Through a series of in vitro and in vivo experiments, this study elucidates the intricate dynamics and potential synergies between these two compounds. The in vitro assessments employ the checkerboard method, elucidating the fractional inhibitory concentration index (FICI) to quantify the interaction effects. Results indicate a synergistic relationship, with the combined action of Q203 and PBTZ169 surpassing individual efficacy, highlighting a promising avenue for tuberculosis treatment.
