Those who do not care about environmentally friendly products describe that they are people who do not understand about the environment. The research method used in this study is mixed methods. This method is a research that combines two forms of research, namely, qualitative and quantitative. The target population in this study are minimarkets that have run paid plastic programs in Jakarta. Analysis of the data used in this study uses two approaches, namely a qualitative approach and a quantitative approach So this research is expected to provide an understanding that leads to the formation of environmentally friendly behavior both for women and men consumers, so as to create the life and behavior of green consumers for environmental sustainability and sustainability.
