In this experimental investigation, steel fibers and Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) are used for hybridization with different volume fraction. When compared to PVA fiber blends, hybrid mixes demonstrate a considerable improvement in mechanical qualities. To study the topography of the sample, scanning electron microscopy test is done and X-ray diffraction analysis is also done to study crystalline structure of the sample. Keyphrases: Fibers, Hybrid engineered Cementitious composites, mechanical properties, waste material
