Abstract

This paper investigates the intricate relationship between transactional leadership and job satisfaction through the lens of motivational theory. This paper synthesizes existing research to elucidate how transactional leadership practices impact both extrinsic and intrinsic motivational factors within the workplace. By examining the weaving together of leadership behavior and motivational dynamics, it provides insights into the mechanisms through which transactional leadership influences job satisfaction outcomes. Drawing upon empirical evidence and theoretical frameworks, this study aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of the role of transactional leadership in shaping employee motivation and fostering satisfaction in organizational settings.
