In this experimental work, the functional Near InfraRed Spectroscopy (fNIRS) based command is generated to control robotic hand gripping. Commands generated with improved accuracy of machine learning classifiers using acquired data from motor area of brain cortex. Results show 98% reliable performance of robot hand grasping and releasing of objects with a variety of shapes and surface characteristics within the workspace. In the future, generated commands can be applied in realtime automotive manufacturing robot control. Keyphrases: (fNIRS), Machine Learning Classifiers, Robot hand gripping, functional near-infrared spectroscopy
