The integration of robotics enables precise control and automation of the characterization process, allowing for rapid and accurate analysis of the mechanical, thermal, and electrical properties of these materials. By employing robotic systems, we investigate the effects of various nanofillers on the properties of polymer nanocomposites, including their tensile strength, conductivity, and thermal stability. The results demonstrate the potential of robotics-assisted characterization to streamline the development and optimization of polymer nanocomposites for various applications, including aerospace, automotive, and biomedical industries. This research contributes to the advancement of materials science and engineering by providing a novel approach to characterizing the complex properties of polymer nanocomposites.
