However, Biodiesel is associated with its limitation including Higher nitrogen oxide (NOx) emission. This paper therefore present various recent findings and the impacts of blending nanoparticles with biodiesel and conventional diesel, the merits and demerits in terms of power output, fuel consumption and emissions as well as the possibility of using nanofluids as future alternative fuel for diesel and gasoline engines.
